When users withdraw funds from wallets, there will be certain charges due to the financial settlement involved.

  1. Enter the product page
  2. Select quantity, add to the shopping cart
  3. Select “Checkout” in your shopping cart
  4. Fill out the checkout information
  5. Check the “Credit Card” box and enter “Credit Card Information” to checkout. 
    If you have enough balance in wallet, you can choose “wallet payment”. 
  6. Click “Send”
  7. Show the transaction summary page to complete the investment

The following conditions may affect the completion of your purchase of investment products. 

  • Before any purchase, sign the relevant risk disclosure statement: Click the “Risk Disclosure Statement” page in the sidebar, click the corresponding risk closure statement and complete the signature.
  • If your total investments will exceed US$1,500, you will be required to complete the following:Complete information login: Click on “Personal Information” in the sidebar, click on “Complete Personal Information Login”, complete the process of filling out detailed personal information and uploading documents, etc., and it will be completed after the verification is approved.

For fairness in global trading, the platform will adhere to international anti-money laundering policies and for large asset investments it will require further knowledge of each client’s asset profile.

At the same time, in order to protect each client and each transaction on the platform, we must also understand whether each client has adequate risk tolerance for investment risks and finances.

Every investment comes with corresponding risks. In addition to ensuring the risk tolerance of our customers, we also hope to provide a detailed risk profile of our products through our Risk Disclosure Statement, so that each investor can assess their investment more carefully.

When interest is distributed, the system will credit the corresponding interest amount to the original wallet account.

At maturity, the redemption amount will be credited to the original wallet account.

  1. Click on “Personal Information” in the column.
  2. Click on the “Withdrawal” tab
  3. Fill in the “Amount” (Note that the withdrawal amount must be greater than US$100)
  4. Completion by Sending out
  5. The system will send a withdrawal request, which will be transferred to your designated account within 5-7 business days.

Please note that withdrawals cannot be completed under the following conditions:

  • Withdrawal amount less than US$100
  • Not completed ” Registration of complete personal information”: Please go to the registration page of complete personal information to upload detailed information and documents and wait for approval to be completed.
  • Not completed “Account Number”: Please complete the field “Remittance Account” in the sidebar “Personal Information”.

Yes, there is a charge of 1.8% of transfer amount as a handling fee for withdrawals, as this is a fee for withdrawals involving settlement between financial institutions.

Other fees that are not collected by the platform but that you may be charged include the handling fee that may be charged by the transferring bank and your designated receiving bank for international remittances.

If your designated remittance account is not denominated in USD, there may be exchange rate differences and handling fees.

After the withdrawal request, you can receive the money in about 5-7 working days.

In the sidebar “Personal Information”, click “Change Password”, enter the existing password and the new password, and then send it to complete the modification.

In the column “Personal Information”, click on “Language Settings” to change the system language.

Foreigners investing in the claims of Cambodian debts are currently not taxable and therefore not subject to taxation by the Cambodian government.

However, you should pay attention to whether the country of accounts has overseas income tax obligations and related regulations and pay taxes according to the law when you withdraw funds.
