The right market + dedicated planning to create stable returns

At DIVID, you will find that we dedicate ourselves to two types of projects: Real industries in emerging economies and emerging industries in advanced economies. We believe that these two types of projects are the only ones that can provide our customers with a sufficiently profitable and stable return. Regardless of the type, you must accept our due diligence and disclose the full plan for the use of the project’s funds.

How We Minimize Risks

Before you may participate in any project, you must sign a Statement of Claim, indicating that you understand that you are entrusting us with your investment in the form of claims. Your funds will then be deposited into a custodian bank, guaranteed by a trust company, and supervised by a national regulatory body, and then, after examination by the trust company and the central financial authority of the country, they will be deposited from the program trust account to the project you invested in. In the electronic wallet, you will be able to see the distribution of the funds and the returns on the investment projects.

Once the project has successfully reached its fundraising target, you will receive regular interest payments (monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan) directly from your back office eWallet, which can be used for both reinvestment and withdrawals.

Whenever an investment project is completed and excess returns are generated, the excess is credited to a retained earnings account that is used to pay customers when the investment project does not perform as planned. At the end of the plan period, if the investment project fails to pay the principal, we will assist the customers in claiming the claims and obtaining the priority of the liquidated assets.
